willyrex: As Mesa Should Be

Mesa is a new terrain in 0.9.0. Spawning in and you will spawn in a mesa terrain it is supposed to look like. Elevated levels of land with the top and sides being almost flat and to top it off with a nice river running nearby.

I will try this out although which areas do Mesa biomes usually spawn in???
