One, two, three villages. That's how many villages you will be able to count just by 5 minutes of exploring. Two of the villages are in fact a double village and in each village you will find one blacksmith.
Turn to your right when you have spawned and walk in that direction. Cross the river and then climb a little hill to get to the first village which is located in a savannah biome.

In the first blacksmith's chest you will find:
As soon as you make the crossover you should be able to see the double sand village. The way we can tell it's a double village is that there are two water wells and it's a known fact that one village can only have one well.
In the two combined blacksmith's chests you will find the following items:
- 2 gold ingots
- 1 iron sword
- 3 obsidians
