The seed includes a shakey overhang with a tree ontop of it. Close to the spawn there is also a cave which if entered will lead you into a tunnel and if you continue through the tunnel it will lead you pass some waterfalls in the caverns in which you are walking and ultimately to the very bottom which usually is equal to lava as well as in this case.
