This is a seed which is really great if you want a horse and diamond horse armor quickly after spawning. You might not be able to get a horse instantly but since they spawn naturally in savannah biomes it is clearly possible to find one with a little bit of searching.

The village has been generated on the border of the savannah and desert biome.
There is one blacksmith in the village and inside you will find a chest which contains the following items.
I couldn't see any horses nearby but horses spawn naturally in savannah (and plains) biomes and seeing as it is a savannah biome it shouldn't be too difficult to find one.
I realize it isn't a perfect seed seeing as you will need a saddle to control the horse. But it definitely sets you on the right path if it's a horse which you want to get!

When you enter a seed everything is the same as when someone tries a seed someone found, but for every world you create the chest will produce different items for different people, no matter how the world is same the chest will always produce different things
for me this seed i found in the spawner a spider spawner but for the comment i read up there it said zombie spawner, even spawners differ greatly, i even saw a spider jockey!
The chest inside the spawner gave me a saddle! lucky me but inside the blacksmith it gave me a iron sword an iron helmet an apple but no pickaxe or diamond horse armour, it did give me iron horse armour, anyway i also found a horse nearby and got on the horse 2 times and tamed it easily, hehe lucky me but no diamond horse armor :(
