So far the map is pretty good, I have some ideas to say and I love to see them in this map
* Kindly add some recipe tweaks
when you craft netherrack - 4 weeping vines
when you craft Blackstone - 2 basalt and 2 coal
when you craft kelp - 4 sea grass
*Then add lava on the dragon's loot table
*Then if the end is not void like the nether that would be perfectly nice.

There is a nether fortress but creator called it "Strength", And the Coordinates are 175; 160.
maybe i will add some behaviour packs to tweaks some Loot tables for Zombie,Skeleton,Enderman,Piglin barter,etc ill let you know when i finish my behaviour packs for this map since i see someone want to tweak it too xD
But just little recommendation also: Can you add some crafting tweaks for the blackstone, netherrack, and tweaks the mob loots such as the skeleton , zombies , witches , drowned , husk , wither boss will drob a lava bucket after killing , and maybe the trades of the piglin has some tweaks also like they can barter with you a single nether debris that would be nice if added.
I hope mojang will give us an update full of java parity's like, scare mechanics so that the iron farm is not that hard to do,

just a little recommendation: maybe add 1 or 2 endcitys so people can get the elytra and fly around because it's really hard to get around to places.
