This seed is great for survival mode. The generated world provides the player with adequate (I hope I spelled it right) shelter and some loot to get you started with.
So first, you spawn looking at a (partly) buried sand temple. You'll have to cross a river to get to it.
One way to get into the sand temple is to climb the pyramided part at the top, and jump in:
And if you can safely make it down to the treasury, break the pressure plate so it's completely safe. Then you can obtain a saddle, a very rare item that you need for taming horses!
If you can figure out some way to get out of the temple, you will see a village a few blocks away, providing you with shelter.
