If you are looking for a super hard survival challenge then go ahead and launch a world using this seed. The island which you will spawn on got no trees and no where as far the eye can see is there any islands to be seen. If you do swim further away from the island in the right direction you will eventually see another island but that island is also treeless.
The only chance of survival on this island is to hope that an animal will spawn on the island. It is possible since it does offer quite a large bit of grass area where animals usually spawn but it's no guarantee.
