The seed consists mostly of roofed forest. In and around the forest are multiple mushrooms as well as where the village is located at.

Get past the lake and on your right/ahead of you there should be the village. Many parts of the village are actually mixed into the forest.
In the middle of the houses and farms is a mushroom tree.
If you get into the blacksmith and break the chest you will see it got plenty of food and some iron gear.
The roofed forest really adds something cozy to the village.
If you fly (or walk) past the village along the river that runs on the left side of it then you will get to an extreme hills biome with overhangs and such combined with a swamp biome.
