This seed spawns the player on to of a house in a village. Villages are quite uncommmon, and spawning on top of one is very very rare. This seed does just that!
This village is in a plains biome and is of a decent size. Stray cats and villagers will spawn in the village. This seed would be good for a survival world, as long as you know how to get down from the house!
