Discovered by me! This seed though you have to go back quite a few blocks, has 2 villages and a sand temple! The seed is -985976466 by the way! Enjoy!
This seed includes two villages and a sand temple behind spawn. Though they seem to be a few hundred blocks out, they are very helpful to a survival world as long as you are willing to go the trip!
