Blacksmiths aren't normally a common attribute in all villages. But in this seed you will find three blacksmiths in a triple village. Now that's pretty unique, don't you think?
To get to the triple sand village you will have to turn to your right at spawn and walk in that direction for at least 1-2 minutes. Soon enough you should see the triple village and further ahead you should see a savannah biome.
