The seed consists of one massive quadruple village (also known as four villages in one!), a double mineshaft and houses generated on top of a mountain. What more can a Minecrafter ask for?!
Once you have spawned turn slightly to your right and you will see a sand village which is the beginning of the quadruple village. As you make your way closer to the sand village you will notice three more villages which are tightly connected to the first sand village.

The fun thing about the seed is that the villages are partly generated on the edge of a mountain which means some houses of the village are situated on the top of a mountain.
Even though there are four villages in total there is only one with a blacksmith. In the blacksmith's chest you will find the following items.
If you get back to the first sand village and dig down at the well you will find a stronghold after a while. Connected to the stronghold is a double mineshaft.
