The seed starts off where three different biomes meet: plains, desert and savannah. In a left diagonal direction further into the savannah biome you will see a couple of houses.

As you get closer you will notice a whole lot of houses because it's actually a triple village. Some of the houses are also generated in the mountain which cause some weirdly generated houses.

There are lots of open caves leading into the underground. You don't have to walk far underground before stumbling upon some iron.
In many senses it's a great survival seed because you've got everything you need like food and ores to begin your adventures.
