At spawn there will be two possible directions you can start flying (or walking) at. Lets begin with walking in the left direction towards the first village.
The first village got no blacksmith but it is nicely situated on the top of the river and parts of the farms and generated inside the extreme mountains which also are located closely to the village.
Make your way up the mountain and walk underneath the arched mountain bridges and you will soon get to the second village.
The second village is similar to the first one in the sense that parts of the village, primarily the farms, are generated into the mountains. The river that runs through the river also causes some of the houses to spawn up on the hills.
The second village got a blacksmith and if you have a peek inside the chest you should find the following items:
