The spawn is at the center of the village so there are no long distance walks required. Multiple houses and walking paths are generated in the water which makes it look as if someone planned the houses to be on the waterfront.
A couple of the houses are also generated in the hills closeby the water so there is a good mixture of terrain in which the village is located.
