To your left at spawn there is first a forest and then behind that forest is a huge swamp biome. To get to the village you need to walk (or fly) straight ahead from spawn for about 100-150 blocks.
The village is situated on a small hilltop and parts of the hill is actually hanging over one of the farms. Around the village are multiple little caves which are direct entrances to tunnels from which you can gather ores.
If you continue in the same direction ahead and after about 100 blocks start to turn diagonally left then soon enough you should reach a second village.
