In this seed you will spawn on a small, oval island. Close to the island are several small ones and if you go even further out in the sea (in any direction basically) you will reach more islands. So if you are on the look for an adventure in an enviroment mostly made up of islands then this seed is a good option.
On neither of the trees which we looked at we found any trees so that definitely adds something challenging to the seed.
